Office Supplies This APD Tier I Minority Purchasing Program is designed to afford corporate America the opportunity to purchase all of its office supplies directly from a certified, experienced minority company.  All products purchased will be desktop or dock delivered to all company locations nationwide.  Participating companies can count 100% of all office supplies purchased as Tier I minority, disabled veteran, or SBA-SDB spends. Participant Purchasing Guidelines Participating company must purchase a minimum of $300,000 in office supplies annually Participating company must use a P-card, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or EFT to purchase office supplies from APD Participating company must utilize the APD internet automated on-line procurement site to order office supplies from APD Participant Benefits APD, a certified Corporate Plus member, insures minority purchasing legitimacy High dollar minority Tier I purchasing of business essential products on an on-going, repetitive, routine basis Single source minority purchasing of office supplies Nationwide delivery to all company locations Internet automated ordering, billing, and reporting system Company-wide price, quality, and reporting consistency Participation in an environmental recycling program to keep America “green and clean” Procurement of national brand name and private label products Superior pricing value Nationwide sales tax calculation, collection and remittance Major Clients PepsiCo Tropicana Frito-Lay Johnson & Johnson and all affiliated subsidiaries
