This APD Tier I Minority Purchasing Program is designed to allow corporations to drive down into their supply channel cost of indirect expenditures in the commercial print category by offering commercial print paper separately from printing services.  APD consolidates the corporate paper purchasing by managing the entire process on site with expertise in estimating, ordering, invoicing, and servicing.

Participant Purchasing Guidelines

  • Commercial and direct printing spend needs to be at least $7 million
  • Participating company must purchase all paper used in its commercial print spend category separatefrom the printing services received.
