American Product Distributors, Incorporated (APD) is a private owned distribution company founded in 1992 by C.
Ray Kennedy. APD sells and distributes consumable products including office supplies, industrial and janitorial supplies, and business imaging supplies to corporations
and institutions nationwide.
As a minority-owned and operated business, our niche is to provide the Single Source Solution for minority
purchasing needs of Corporate America. Our ability to be the Single Source Solution is achieved because:
- Our products are essential to the operation of any business;
- We sell and distribute high quality, name brand products whose acceptance in the marketplace is
unquestioned;
- Our products are purchased and consumed repeatedly, resulting in automatic high-dollar volume purchases
over time; and

minority purchasing solution that we offer.
APD offers nationwide Tier I minority purchasing by selling and invoicing companies on a direct basis, or Tier
II minority purchasing by selling products indirectly to companies through our strategic business partners.
